Free overnight delivery within NZ for orders $75 and over* *Allow an extra 2-4 working days for rural deliveries and footwear orders. All deliveries within NZ are sent via Courier Post using a Track and Trace service. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day if order is placed before 12 noon otherwise the following business day. We can send to PO boxes and rural addresses. You can choose from a signature or non signature delivery. If you are in the North Island you can select a Saturday delivery if you place your order before 12 noon on the Friday.
Spend less than $75 and shipping is $5 or $8.50 for rural deliveries.

We will endeavour to deliver metropolitan area orders within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery to rural addresses, PO Boxes and Private Bags is not available.

We will endeavour to deliver metropolitan area orders within 3-4 business days of payment confirmation. This does not include any delays during customs.
Please note that THANKS ONLINE STORE has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
The shipping prices listed above cover most purchases, however THANKS ONLINE STORE reserve the right to charge extra as applicable on any oversized/heavy products. Delivery to rural addresses, PO Boxes and Private Bags is not available.
Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending payment confirmation. At peak times there may be dispatch delays and our THANKS Customer Service team will keep you informed.

A tax invoice will be sent to you via email after you place an order. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your order. You can use this number on the CourierPost website or NZ Post website to check the status and location of your parcel.
