These Christmas delivery guidelines are provided by Courier Post. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the specified time frame, but we will do our very best!
Place orders by 12 noon/midday NZST Thursday, 22nd December.
Place orders by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday, 12th December.
Place orders by:
South Pacific, Asia, North America, UK & Europe 12 noon/midday NZST Friday, 9th December.
Rest of World 12 noon/midday NZST Monday, 5th December.

Online Holiday Hours
Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST up until Thursday 22nd December will be dispatched on that business day.
Orders made from Thursday 22nd Dec after 12 noon/midday NZST, Friday 23rd Dec, Saturday 24th Dec, Sunday 25th Dec or public holidays (Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th December) will be dispatched on Wednesday 28th December.
Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST up until Wednesday 28th December will be dispatched on that business day.
Orders made on Wednesday 28th Dec after 12 noon/midday NZST, Thursday 29th Dec, Friday 30th Dec, Saturday 31st Dec, Sunday 1st Jan or public holidays (Monday 2nd Jan and Tuesday 3rd Jan) will be dispatched on Wednesday 4th Jan 2017.
Thursday 5th Jan 2017 onwards order dispatch resume as per normal.
Free overnight delivery within NZ for orders $75 and over* *Allow an extra 2-4 working days for rural deliveries and footwear orders. All deliveries within NZ are sent via Courier Post using a Track and Trace service. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day if order is placed before 12 noon otherwise the following business day. Delivery to PO Boxes and Private Bags is not available. We can deliver to rural addresses. You can choose from a signature or non signature delivery. If you are in the North Island you can select a Saturday delivery if you place your order before 12 noon on the Friday.
Spend less than $75 and shipping is $5 or $8.50 for rural deliveries.
Free Shipping for orders over $150NZD
Enjoy free shipping to AUS on all orders over $150NZD! Orders under $150NZD incur a fee of $25NZD to metropolitan areas and $50NZD to rural areas. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day if order is placed before 11am otherwise the following business day. We will endeavour to deliver metropolitan area orders within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery to PO Boxes and Private Bags is not available.

USA / Canada: $40NZD
Enjoy free shipping on international orders over $300NZD! Orders under $300NZD incur a flat rate fee as listed above. All international deliveries are sent via NZ Post using a Track and Trace service. We will endeavour to deliver your order within 4-10 business days of payment confirmation. This does not include any delays during customs.
Please note that THANKS ONLINE STORE has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
The shipping prices listed above cover most purchases, however THANKS ONLINE STORE reserve the right to charge extra as applicable on any oversized/heavy products. Delivery to rural addresses, PO Boxes and Private Bags is not available.
Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending payment confirmation. At peak times there may be dispatch delays and our THANKS Customer Service team will keep you informed.

A tax invoice will be sent to you via email after you place an order. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your order. You can use this number on the CourierPost website or NZ Post website to check the status and location of your parcel.
