These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the THANKS ONLINE STORE. By placing an order through the THANKS ONLINE STORE, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the www.thanksstore.com Site Terms, you may not use the THANKS ONLINE STORE.
All product prices on the THANKS ONLINE STORE are given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however are exclusive of delivery costs.
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa) and PayPal. We use eWay as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.
THANKS ONLINE STORE offers a national price match service. We focus on offering our products at a reasonable and competitive price determined by our suppliers. If you happen to find a product for less at another New Zealand online retailer, we are more than happy to offer our valued customers an equal price. However please note the following criteria:
- The item must be full price and not subject to any promotion, sales offers or member/VIP discounts.
- The item to be price matched must be identical to the item listed on THANKS ONLINE STORE, and currently in-stock on both sites.
- We are more than happy to offer a price match in most situations, however we do reserve the right not to alter our listed price.

All items on the THANKS ONLINE STORE are subject to availability. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a physical store that shares the stock with online. There may be the rare occasion that an item is sold in store at the same time an order for the item online is being processed. In this case the online item will be unavailable and we will inform you as soon as possible with alternative product options, credit or a refund.
Out Of Stock
If an item or specific size is out of stock, you can choose to be notified via email when the item becomes available. On the product page, click the ‘Notify Me’ button located on the right of the page and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can contact us to check the availability of that item in our other stores.
We don’t have an online lay-by service, however you can contact one of our physical stores to enquire about an online item and we can assist you with arranging an in store layby.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below. Please note THANKS ONLINE STORE has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
We will endeavour to send out your order the same day within NZ if your order is placed before 12 noon otherwise the following business day. For international orders please allow 4-10 business days. This does not include any delays during customs for international orders. Please note that THANKS ONLINE STORE has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. The shipping prices cover most purchases, however THANKS ONLINE STORE reserve the right to charge extra as applicable on any oversized/heavy products.

Our Returns Policy
We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) for an exchange, credit or refund. Sale items or discounted orders can be returned for a credit or exchange only. All garment tags must be still attached to the item and we only accept footwear if they are returned in their original, undamaged shoeboxes.
For all return/exchanges, please create your request online here. Please send your returns back within 7 days after receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request online within 48 hours of receiving your item to arrange the exchange. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted, a THANKS credit may be supplied subject to assessment at our discretion.
Online Returns Made Easy!
For all return/exchanges, please create your request online here. We recommend you begin this process within 48 hours of receiving your order by adding your email address and order number to lookup your order then go through the process to create your return request.
For all exchanges, we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost, once we have received your returned item. To submit your exchange request online please lookup your order by adding your email address and order number here and submit your exchange request.
All items need to be returned to us within 7 days from date of your parcel delivery and costs are at the expense of the customer.
Once the item has been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. The THANKS team will contact you to confirm this. If there are signs that the item has been worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; the THANKS team takes special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering them to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned within 7 days from the date of you parcel delivery. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will send the item back to the supplier to replace or credit us. We will then send you a replacement if they have it or offer you either a THANKS credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We reserve the right to decline orders if the description of the goods or price contain any errors. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the details on this website.
THANKS ONLINE STORE collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.
We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed by eWay with full PCI compliance and Shopify, which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, one of the world’s most secure payment methods. Payments can also be chosen by the customer to be processed by PAYPAL which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, one of the worlds most secure payment methods.
Joining the THANKS mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest info including what’s new in store. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall remove you from the list.
